Yuanjiajie Scenic Area belongs to a part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It situates in the code area of Wulingyuan Scenic Area as the main attraction in Zhangjiejie. Decorated by the world's most beautiful valley Golden Whip Valley, Yuanjiajie scenic area tells travelers what is a marvelous mountain in China.
Standing on the observation platform in Yuanjiajie, thousands of peaks can be caught at the same time. Peaks in various postures just look like countless brave men. Rock pillars with green trees just look like handsome generals. They describe a scene of army. Although these peaks are solid, they let people enter into a imaginary world and present a lively picture in the front of our eyes.
Yangjiajie Scenic Area
Only two ways lead to the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. One is from the Golden Whip Stream via Luanchuanpo to the Back Garden; the other is the Bailong Elevator. By this super elevator, tourists can ascend on the top of a peak to get a commanding view of its famous scene - Shenbingjuhui (lit. God's Force Rally), the scene is also nicknamed the Fields and Gardens of the Heaven for its beautiful trees, ethnic houses and paddy fields on the high mountains.
Attractions in Yuanjiajie Scenic Area
No. 1 Bridge
This bridge is crossing over two peaks with only 3 meters width and 50 meters length. This sky bridge is crated by the hand of nature.
Hanging Waterfall
There is a waterfall flowing from a 200 height. It looks like a white silk that hanging from the sky. During the rainy days, people can see the rainbow across this waterfall. And during the flood season, it looks like a dragon flying in the sky.
Imperial Garden
Imperial garden refers to the garden belonging to the Chinese emperor. In Yuanjiajie, people will find another imperial garden belonging to the God. When people find a giant rock which may block the way, just turn around it, and there is a marvelous scene behind it. About ten peaks are standing straightly, while green rivers are surrounding them.

Fairyland Palace
Fairyland Palace is "built" according to the geography of the mountain. Surrounded by mist, this palace is a rocky courtyard.
Wulong Spring
Wulong Spring is hidden in a cave. When entering the cave, the clean spring is presented to you. The karst stones which look like fish, tortoises, dragons, horses, etc are spreading in the bottle of the spring.
